Looking for a way to fill your time this summer? The Shemer Art Center is looking for teen and adult volunteers 16 and up to help out with our summer camp during the month of June. Whether you want to work a day, a week, or the whole month, we are happy to have your help!

Youth Birthday Parties at Shemer

Interested in celebrating your kid’s birthday with a one-of-a-kind art experience? Schedule a fun and creative birthday party at the Shemer Art Center! Throwing a party at the Shemer makes planning your celebration easy. Guests will enjoy getting to create beautiful artwork they will forever treasure. Call today for more information and to schedule a creative celebration.

Choose from one of these themes:

Glaze a Handmade Mug

Led by an instructor, kids will learn how to glaze and decorate their own handmade mug (provided by Shemer). The birthday celebrant will also receive a special birthday cake plate with all of their friend’s signatures and a birthday message!

Paint a Masterpiece

Led by an instructor, kids will create their own unique painting on an 11″ by 14″ canvas. The birthday celebrant will also receive a special artist’s apron signed by all of their friends!

Printmaker’s Party

Led by an instructor, kids will each block print their own personal tote and paper prints. The birthday celebrant will also receive a personalized birthday poster printed by all of their friends!

Cost:  $450

Parents to provide any food and dessert. Shemer will provide all plates, utensils, and art supplies.

Participants: 8 – 12 kids

Timing: Saturdays, 11 am – 1 pm
