Here are the positions for which we are currently hiring:
YOUTH ART INSTRUCTORS
The Shemer Art Center is currently seeking enthusiastic youth art instructors with experience teaching students ages 8-17. Youth art instructors are responsible for planning and leading fun and educational art lessons in any media. Lessons should focus on expanding knowledge of visual art techniques, history and advanced concepts, while also providing a fun and safe learning environment for all students. Instructors are responsible for helping students create completed art projects to take home.
All interested applicants should send a resume and cover letter to info@shemerartcenter.org. All submissions will be responded to, and interviews will be set up with candidates moving forward, after a review process has been completed.
As a non-profit organization, we also continuously encourage and respond to volunteer and intern inquiries!
