The 2024 Art in the Garden Festival was held Saturday, March 23 and Sunday, March 24, with specialty artists and vendors.
Saturday featured our annual Sparkling Tea event, where guests enjoyed a light meal catered by Arcadia Farms under a canopy of colorful umbrellas.
On Sunday, Phoenix Rotary 100 held its inaugural TAKE FLIGHT reception celebrating the buyers and artists that participated in their butterfly fundraiser.
It was the beautiful weekend for celebrating spring, Shemer and our vibrant community of artists and patrons!
Thank you to all of our Festival Artists, Vendors, Volunteers, and Attendees!
Garden-themed fine art by Arizona Artists filled our sculpture garden!
On Saturday, festival visitors enjoyed beverages by What’s Brewing and sweet and savory crepes by Classic Crepes Eatery while taking in the art. Featured above, Tim Frazier’s desertscapes.
The Sparkling Tea is Shemer Art Center’s signature event on Art in the Garden Saturdays. The color! The garden hats! The delicious tea and tasty bites! It’s all here! And it raises funds for Summer Camp!

On Sunday, Phoenix Rotary 100 hosted their Take Flight fundraiser on our back patio. In our sculpture garden, the handcrafted garden art butterflies could be found
fluttering in the foliage and around sculptures (also shown here, a new sculpture created by Gary Slater!)
