Our Sparkling Tea will be held on Saturday under a shade structure created of colorful umbrellas. Live music and a menu of scones, finger sandwiches and petite pastries will be complemented by a short program, and of course, teas and a sparkling accompaniment. An award will also be presented during the tea for the most artistic garden hat!
To be confirmed, a repeat of our new partnership with Phoenix Rotary 100 (rotary100.org/takeflight/). Its event, TAKE FLIGHT, features beautiful metal butterflies for sale, created by Arizona artists, that in 2024 culminated into a colorful buyer’s reception at the Shemer on Sunday, a portion of the proceeds from which will benefit the Shemer Art Center and youth art education.

Because our mission is to support and showcase Arizona artists, the Shemer Art Center works with artists in exchange for only a 30% commission on the sale of all works consigned.
Please Note: New, individual artist work is reviewed twice per year, in March and September, which means artwork must be received by the end of February for the March review, and by the end of August for the September review.
Upon acceptance, selected works for the gift shop must be received and inventoried within 30 days. All artists showcased in the gift shop are also required to become members of the Shemer Art Center.
If you are interested in having your work for sale in our gift shop, please read and fill out this Gift Shop Application.
All submissions will be reviewed in accordance with our bi-annual submission policy. All submitting artists will be notified, and if accepted, will be contacted to arrange an appointment to further discuss the consignment of selected works of art.
