Last Friday, the Shemer Art Center held an unveiling ceremony to showcase its new property signs, and the Mayor’s Office proclaimed it “Martha Shemer Day” in the City of Phoenix, recognizing her donation to the City 35 years ago! We also celebrated her birthday, which would have been her 100th!
Over 30 people joined us to celebrate this unveiling. Thank you to everyone who came and donated to this cause! It is our hope that the new signs will bring additional visibility, and opportunities, to the Shemer Art Center!
