The 2025 Shemer Arizona Art Festival, Shemer Art Center’s annual fall celebration of Arizona artists, was a weekend full of beautiful artwork, creativity and shopping! Thank you to all of our 2025 festival artists, volunteers, vendors, and visitors for helping make the weekend a great success!

Kids and families had a great time creating one-of-a-kind artwork at the Kid Zone.

Guests enjoyed shopping a wide array of artwork in a variety of media, from jewelry to photography, ceramics to scratchboard.

In the Blacksmith Village artists from the Arizona Artist Blacksmith Association demonstrated how they create artwork.

The silent auction featured beautiful works of art donated by the participating artists.

Shemer instructors demonstrated a variety of techniques over the two days. Pictured above, oil painting instructor, Patrice Al-Shatti, demonstrating a glazing in oils.

Author Michael Hale, in the Arizona Authors tent, presented his unique children’s books.

Guests of the festival enjoyed tacos from Habaneros Tacos and specialty coffees from What’s Brewing.

Two teams of students from Arcadia High School and two teams of students from Desert Mountain High School participated in the 3rd Annual Signature Chalk Festival, creating beautiful chalk murals directly on the sidewalk at the event.

Winning chalk artwork, created by Desert Mountain students, Nicholas, Ekaterina, Riley and Emily.

Musician Alan Stee set the mood for the event on Saturday, playing guitar.

Musical entertainment was provided by Riviera Strings on Sunday.
