On Saturday, January 26th, over 350 students, friends, parents, & grandparents attended the 27th Annual New Horizons High School Student Awards Ceremony at the Shemer Art Center.
Each year, the Shemer Art Center & Museum Association (SACAMA) raises money from individuals and businesses that wish to sponsor an award for a deserving high school student. Following is the list of award winners selected by these sponsors:

Over 40 valley high schools were represented. The Shemer wants to congratulate all of the participants – each individual artist was selected by their school to represent the “best of” in their art department! We also want to thank their teachers who continue to be so supportive of their work and of this event opportunity!
The exhibit runs through February 14, 2013.
