Sales Opportunities:

Shemer Gift Shop

The Shemer Art Center’s gift shop showcases a variety of unique works of art created by Arizona artists and artisans. Since opening in 2012, the gift shop has grown in popularity and size, and now features the work of over 60 artists!

Because our mission is to support and showcase Arizona artists, the Shemer Art Center works with artists in exchange for only a 30% commission on the sale of all works consigned.

Please Note: New, individual artist work is reviewed twice per year, in March and September, which means artwork must be received by the end of February for the March review, and by the end of August for the September review.

Upon acceptance, selected works for the gift shop must be received and inventoried within 30 days. All artists showcased in the gift shop are also required to become members of the Shemer Art Center.

If you are interested in having your work for sale in our gift shop, please read and fill out our Gift Shop Application, and email it to giftshop@shemerartcenter.org with the subject line “[Your Name] Gift Shop Submission Proposal.”  Additional items to be submitted include:

  1. Images of your work (please indicate approximate sizes)
  2. Range of prices
  3. Your CV/resume or artist biography (as attachment)

All works submitted will be reviewed in accordance with our bi-annual submission policy.  All submitting artists will be notified, and if accepted, will be contacted to arrange an appointment to further discuss the consignment of selected works of art.

Thank you for your interest in the Gift Shop at the Shemer Art Center!  Your participation and the contribution of your work allow us to continue supporting and showcasing Arizona artists, and sharing the beauty of visual art with the community!
